Role Overview
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing advice on real estate opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through portals, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Prepare and present accurate property listings.
- Maintain updated knowledge of UAE real estate market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
- Achieve monthly sales and rental targets set by management.
- Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams on listings and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends in the UAE.
- Ability to generate and manage leads through portals, networking, and referrals.
- Ability to negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Ability to comply with RERA and company policies.
