About the Role

  • Gulf Realty is a Dubai based real estate brokerage specializing in off plan and ready properties, offering clients expert property investment and sales services across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage new sales opportunities
  • Conduct property consultations
  • Recommend suitable investment options based on client objectives
  • Build and maintain a strong client database
  • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate (Mandatory)
  • Experience in off plan (Preferred)
  • Willing to work on a commission only basis
  • Ready to relocate to Dubai (if applicable)
