- Build strong relationships with property owners and investors
- Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and follow up
- Collaborate with colleagues and report sales activities accurately
- Participate in marketing initiatives and events to promote the company’s portfolio
Requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably within Dubai or the wider UAE
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and maintain accurate records
- Comfort with using CRM systems, office productivity tools, and digital platforms
- Proactive, target driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property brokerage is highly desirable
