Responsibilities
- Close off plan, secondary, and leasing transactions across Jeddah and key KSA markets
- Build relationships with KSA developers to secure inventory allocations and exclusivity
- Develop a client book across Saudi residents, GCC investors, and overseas buyers
- Lead and mentor a small team of agents; set targets and track performance
- Coordinate with Dubai HQ on cross border Dubai ↔ KSA investor referrals
- Represent RGP at developer launches, property exhibitions, and industry events
- Ensure compliance with REGA, Ejar, and Wafi platform regulations
Requirements
- 2–3 years of real estate experience in the Saudi local market
- Hands on experience across off plan, secondary, and leasing
- Working knowledge of REGA, Ejar, and Wafi platforms
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Saudi national or transferable Iqama
- Strong local network of buyers and/or developer contacts
- Self starter with leadership instincts and a closer's mindset

About the Role
- RGP Properties, a Dubai based real estate brokerage, is expanding into Saudi Arabia and hiring a Senior Team Leader to launch our Jeddah desk.
- You'll close off plan, secondary, and leasing transactions across the KSA market while building and mentoring a team of agents.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

- Valid Fal (real estate broker) license
- CRM experience (Bitrix, PropSpace, or similar)
