Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, property viewings, and closing transactions
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Advise clients on market trends and property values
- Prepare and present offers and contracts in line with company policies and local regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure accurate listings, smooth transaction processing, and timely documentation
- Participate in regular training and team meetings to stay updated on product offerings, legal requirements, and sales techniques
Requirements
- Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market dynamics and property valuation fundamentals
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities
- Experience in Training, either receiving or delivering sales and real estate related training
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for managing leads and documentation
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the Doha real estate market is an advantage
