- Drive sales of architectural and construction solutions to clients, including developers, contractors, consultants, and public sector stakeholders
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate project specifications into viable solutions
- Support clients through the bidding and execution phases, providing ongoing technical guidance
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, prepare regular reports, monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and industry events as needed
Requirements
- Strong background in Architecture, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and design concepts for commercial and residential projects
- Solid understanding of Civil Engineering and Construction practices, including materials, methods, and coordination with site teams
- Proven Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple concurrent sales opportunities and technical submissions
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage
- Previous experience in technical sales, specification sales, or business development within the construction or building materials sector is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, conduct client visits, and perform occasional travel as required

Role Description
- The Architectural Sales Engineer at OdevSaud will be responsible for driving sales of architectural and construction solutions to clients, including developers, contractors, consultants, and public sector stakeholders.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh.
- Day to day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- The role involves collaborating with design and engineering teams to translate project specifications into viable solutions, supporting clients through the bidding and execution phases, and providing ongoing technical guidance.
- The Architectural Sales Engineer will also maintain accurate sales pipelines, prepare regular reports, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and participate in site visits, client meetings, and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Architecture, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and design concepts for commercial and residential projects.
- Solid understanding of Civil Engineering and Construction practices, including materials, methods, and coordination with site teams.
- Proven Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple concurrent sales opportunities and technical submissions.
- Demonstrated Teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across sales, engineering, design, and operations functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in technical sales, specification sales, or business development within the construction or building materials sector is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and digital collaboration platforms.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, conduct client visits, and perform occasional travel as required.
