Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in buying, selling, and investing in real estate
- Handle property transactions in both the secondary market and off plan projects
- Conduct property viewings and project presentations for clients
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing channels
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and property owners
- Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions efficiently
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Proven experience handling both secondary market properties and off plan projects
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Self motivated, target driven, and customer focused

Job Overview
- ALMAS HEIGHTS REAL ESTATE is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team.
