Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate positions, including sales agents, leasing consultants, property consultants, admin, marketing, and operations roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare job postings and advertise vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
- Coordinate onboarding documents and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
- Ensure recruitment processes are completed within agreed timelines.
