- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and property portals
- Promote properties across platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate property sales and rental agreements
- Prepare real estate documentation (Form A, B, F and tenancy contracts)
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and developer launches
- Build long term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months 1 year UAE Real Estate experience
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and developers
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Target driven and self motivated personality
- Familiar with CRM systems and property portals

- Al Burraq Real Estate is expanding and looking for motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai.

- Basic Salary AED 3000 AED 4000 (target based)
- High Commission Structure (50% – 80%)
