About the Role

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to improve performance
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
- Monitor individual performance and guide closing deals
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and market knowledge
- Drive the team to achieve assigned sales and leasing goals
- Support agents in negotiations and client presentations
- Generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and lead distribution
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and local regulations
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, client interactions, and deals closed
- Coordinate with admin/marketing departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle high profile clients and major property negotiations when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Team Leader / Manager in Dubai, UAE
- Must have 3 5 years UAE Real Estate Experience
- Can bring 5 10 experienced UAE real estate brokers
- Must do everyday interviews for Real Estate Agents
- Must have closed deals
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- In depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, trends, and market dynamics
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
