Role Overview
The role is a Real Estate Business Manager in the CEO’s Office.
The position coordinates strategic projects and corporate restructuring projects in the real estate industry.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, commerce, law, management, engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least eight years of project management experience in strategic or corporate restructuring projects is required.
- At least three years of UAE or GCC experience is required.
- Real estate experience coordinating cross-functional strategic projects is required.
Technology Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required.
- Experience with MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project-tracking tools is required.
- ERP or CRM exposure is preferred.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Convert consultant inputs into action points, owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales/Admin, Operations, IT/ERP, consultants, and senior management.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, decision logs, dashboards, and CEO updates.
