- Manage key advertising platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, DXBinteract
- Post secondary market properties and manage listings to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with brokers and telesales department to increase effectiveness
- Monitor new projects and real estate market events
- Prepare weekly selections of best projects for brokers and marketing
- Maintain SPI's internal property database and train employees on database management
- Manage advertising campaigns and analyze listing performance
- Supervise telesales team and ensure quality of first point of contact
- Manage Ringostat phone system and call analytics
- Interact with CRM systems and developer platforms
Requirements
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Experience with real estate advertising platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, DXBinteract)
- Analytical and reporting skills
- CRM and database management skills
- Ability to collaborate with brokers and marketing teams

Overview
- We are looking for a talented specialist with experience in the real estate industry to manage our key advertising platforms, stay updated on market trends, and maintain the company’s internal database.
Platform Management
- Work with platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, DXBinteract, and others
- Post secondary market properties, manage listings to improve their conversion rates
- Collaborate with brokers and the telesales department to increase effectiveness
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor new projects and real estate market events
- Prepare weekly selections of the best projects for brokers and the marketing department, and compile catalogs upon request
- Maintain SPI’s internal property database and train employees on database management and analytics
Collaboration with Marketing and Brokers
- Manage advertising campaigns, analyze listing performance, and create effectiveness rankings
- Supervise the telesales team and ensure the quality of the first point of contact with clients
Phone System and CRM Management
- Manage the Ringostat phone system, working with call analytics and statistics
- Interact with CRM systems and developer platforms
Pay
- AED6,000.00 AED12,000.00 per month
