Position Summary
- The Real Estate Partnerships Manager will develop and manage strategic relationships with real estate agents, brokerage firms, property management companies, holiday home operators, developers, and landlord communities.
- Primary objective is to generate qualified project opportunities and recurring revenue through partnership channels.
Key Responsibilities Partnership Development
- Establish and manage relationships with real estate agencies and brokerage firms.
- Develop referral partnerships with property managers and holiday home operators.
- Build relationships with developers and developer sales teams.
- Create and maintain relationships with landlord and community groups.
- Identify strategic B2B opportunities that generate recurring project referrals.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Generate qualified leads and project opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Promote We Wrap’s services to industry partners and their clients.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and referral arrangements.
