- Coordinate contracts, MOUs, and documentation in line with UAE real estate regulations
- Drive marketing and business development initiatives to grow the client pipeline
- Handle budgeting, commission tracking, and performance reporting
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and uphold high service standards

- Experience in leading and managing a team of real estate agents
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations
- Strong sales and marketing skills
