About the Role
Best Pixel Advertising LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Agent to manage property listings across online portals and social media. Responsibilities include creating advertisements, editing photos/videos, handling inquiries, and coordinating with property consultants.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, create, and upload residential and commercial property listings on property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other approved platforms
- Ensure all listings contain accurate descriptions, pricing, location details, amenities, and high quality images
- Regularly update, renew, and remove expired or unavailable listings
- Coordinate with property consultants to collect complete property information and required documents
- Create engaging property posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Respond promptly to inquiries received
- Capture professional photos and videos of properties when required
- Edit property photos & walkthrough videos
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and respond to WhatsApp, email, and portal inquiries
- Follow up with prospective buyers, tenants, landlords, and property owners
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate appointments with property consultants
- Maintain proper records of all leads and follow up activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate listing experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Arabic is an added advantage
- UAE Driving License will be added advantage
