• We are seeking a qualified Listing Agent to serve as a mediator between sellers and buyers.
• Carry out all necessary actions to list a property and secure it under agreement, including creating listing documents and pre-listing presentations, arranging showings, and organizing open houses.
• Acts as the main contact in working with sellers to organize staging, property photography, repairs, home enhancements, lockbox access, and various marketing tasks needed for displaying the properties.

• ***Job responsibilities:**
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Follow all tasks provided by line manager
• ***Requirements and skills:**
• A bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
• At least 2 years' experience in the same field especially in Abu Dhabi Market.
• Excellent Command on English/Arabic and MS Office Expert
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Appealing appearance and presentable personality (Required)
