Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Leasing Broker located in Abu Dhabi.
The role involves managing leasing activities, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Leasing Broker will promote available properties, identify tenant needs, and ensure seamless transactions through effective communication and industry expertise.
The position also requires staying updated on market trends and assisting clients in making informed leasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Brokerage and Sales skills
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Good understanding of market trends and property-related processes
- Proven ability to negotiate and close leasing deals efficiently
- Effective communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- UAE market knowledge and experience are highly desirable
- Relevant certification or license for real estate brokerage is a plus
