- Market and promote residential and commercial properties available for lease
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide suitable property options based on client requirements
- Generate leads and build a strong network of potential tenants and clients
- Conduct property viewings and coordinate client meetings
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry until tenancy completion
- Negotiate rental terms and assist in closing leasing transactions
- Prepare and review tenancy agreements and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
- Stay updated on market trends, rental values, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a similar role is preferred
- Experience as a Leasing Officer, Leasing Consultant, or Property Consultant is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong sales ability with a target oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and relevant software applications
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Leasing Officer / Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
- Commission: 15% commission on internal property closings; 20% commission on external property closings.
- Primary focus will be on generating and closing leasing transactions.
- Company provided Employment Visa.
