  • The team manages investments end to end, from due diligence and financing to exit, with a strong focus on asset quality, risk management, and sustainable returns.

Role Description

  • The Real Estate Investment Specialist will work full time in a hybrid capacity, primarily based in Dubai with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home.
  • Day to day responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analyses, and performing thorough due diligence on projects and developers.
  • The role involves preparing investment proposals, supporting clients through the acquisition and financing process, and monitoring portfolio performance and exit strategies.
  • The specialist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain up to date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations and market trends, and contribute to AXD’s structured investment framework to optimize risk adjusted returns.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Experience with investments and real estate investment, preferably in Dubai or comparable international markets.
  • Proficiency in conducting due diligence on real estate assets, developers, and investment structures.
  • Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, including valuation, project development, and transaction processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, real estate licenses) are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly to clients.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in client facing and internal work.
  • Fluency and English; additional languages are beneficial. German is a big plus
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing priorities independently, and collaborating within a cross functional team.
