Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and qualify high net worth individual (HNWI) clients across different regions through digital ads, social media, email campaigns, paid search, display advertising, and other online channels
- Build and optimize multi channel lead generation funnels
- Manage CRM data and track performance metrics to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine client profiles, develop targeted outreach strategies, and coordinate follow up activities
- Research new markets, test acquisition tactics, and maintain consistent, professional communication with prospective clients
Requirements
- Ability to generate New Leads and execute structured Lead Generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with HNWI clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven Sales skills, with experience nurturing prospects and supporting deal closure
- Research skills to analyze markets, client segments, and channel performance
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, conversion optimization, and A/B testing for acquisition campaigns
- Background in financial services, real estate investment, or wealth management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site/remote Lead Generation Specialist role based in Dubai.
- The specialist will identify, attract, and qualify high net worth individual (HNWI) clients across different regions through digital ads, social media, email campaigns, paid search, display advertising, and other online channels.
- The role includes building and optimizing multi channel lead generation funnels, managing CRM data, and tracking performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
- The specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine client profiles, develop targeted outreach strategies, and coordinate follow up activities.
