- Develop and execute Wadi Jeddah's real estate investment strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze Jeddah's real estate market trends, identify investment opportunities, and negotiate strategic deals.
- Lead investment evaluation, financial analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Lead due diligence including legal, technical, commercial, and regulatory reviews.
- Oversee development execution and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive activation and commercialization of real estate assets to maximize occupancy and long term value.
- Build strategic relationships with investors, developers, KAU, and government entities.
- Evaluate investment risks and support informed investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 6 12 years of experience in Saudi or GCC real estate investment
- Proven track record in real estate transactions or large to medium scale developments
- Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate laws and regulations
- Proficient in Excel and Presentation tools
- Fluent in Arabic
- Proficient in English
- MBA or professional certifications (preferred)

Key Focus Areas
- Market Strategy: Analyze market trends and identify high potential investment opportunities.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate opportunities using financial models, feasibility studies, and investment metrics.
- Deal Structuring: Lead due diligence, negotiations, and investment structuring for strategic transactions.
- Project Development: Oversee development execution and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and on value.
- Asset Management: Manage and optimize asset performance, enhance value and maximize returns across the portfolio.
