Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team in Jeddah.
The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, driving sales of cloud-based solutions, and delivering tailored proposals that meet business needs.
The position requires analyzing client requirements, presenting solutions, and managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities in the cloud solutions market, focusing on business and enterprise clients.
- Deliver presentations and customized solutions that address client needs.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial proposals.
- Analyze market trends and client requirements to uncover new cloud opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver effective and integrated solutions.
- Monitor account performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the telecommunications sector - business solutions
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with cloud computing solutions and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
