Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Real Estate Director to lead and oversee the sales and business development operations of our brokerage company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing broker performance, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
  • The Real Estate Director will play a key leadership role in expanding market presence, improving team productivity, and maintaining high standards of client service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall brokerage operations, including sales, leasing, and client management activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise real estate agents
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency across all departments.
  • Ensure all agents comply with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion strategies.
  • Oversee lead management processes, CRM usage, and client follow up standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns, branding, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Prepare management reports, sales forecasts, and operational updates for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate brokerage with a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, brokerage operations, and property regulations.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in CRM systems and real estate platforms.
  • Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • RERA certification
  • Existing network within the real estate industry.
  • Experience managing sales teams and multiple projects.
