Job Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, signage, and online ads
- Create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop branding elements for new real estate projects (logos, color schemes, visual identity)
- Edit and retouch property photos as needed
- Design presentations, pitch decks, and reports for sales and client meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and guidelines
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Knowledge of real estate marketing is a **plus**
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Basic knowledge of video editing is a bonus (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
