About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update property listings on real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), company website, and social media channels
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and accurate property details
- Collaborate with the marketing and listing teams to ensure all listings are engaging, accurate, and compliant with UAE real estate regulations
- Ensure all property descriptions, images, and pricing are up to date and presented professionally
- Respond to inquiries and provide potential clients with accurate property information
- Support the marketing team in content creation, basic graphic design, and social media management as needed
Requirements
- Experience in real estate
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Extensive vocabulary and writing creativity skills
- Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is a strong advantage
- Analytical skills to support market research and listing optimization
- Experience with real estate CRM systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, especially in property descriptions and pricing accuracy
