Job Overview
- We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our real estate team.
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, basic content writing skills, and the ability to produce engaging videos and social media content that attracts and grows an organic audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation (Video & Photography): Visit properties and capture high quality photos and videos; create engaging property walkthroughs, reels, and short form videos; ensure proper lighting, angles, and presentation.
- Video Editing & Posting: Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar; add captions, transitions, music, and branding elements; optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Content Writing & Social Media: Write engaging captions, hooks, and property descriptions; use relevant hashtags and trends; plan and post content regularly across platforms.
- Organic Growth & Engagement: Focus on increasing followers organically; create content that drives engagement; stay updated with social media trends.
- Creative Ideas & Strategy: Come up with fresh and creative content ideas daily; develop reels around property tours, lifestyle, and Dubai living; suggest trending content concepts.
- Market Awareness: Have a basic understanding of the Dubai real estate market; create content around market updates, investment opportunities, and communities; analyze competitors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales agents to understand properties; shoot videos featuring agents and their listings; support agents in building their personal brand.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance (views, reach, engagement); identify what works best and improve content strategy.
Required Skills
