Responsibilities
- Manage daily CRM operations and data in Bitrix24
- Build and maintain real estate sales pipelines
- Assign leads to sales agents based on rules and priorities
- Ensure timely follow ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Monitor lead status and prevent leakage of opportunities
- Create CRM reports and performance dashboards for management
- Coordinate between marketing and sales teams
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM database
- Support automation workflows (reminders, alerts, auto assign leads)
Requirements
- Proven experience using Bitrix24 CRM
- Experience in real estate
- Strong understanding of real estate sales process
- Ability to manage CRM pipelines and workflows
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Experience in real estate brokerage or developer company
- Knowledge of Dubai property portals (Bayut, Property Finder)
- Experience improving lead conversion through CRM optimization

Job Overview
