Responsibilities
- Promote and sell properties, focusing on projects in the region.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and property developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in Secondary market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients with professionalism.
- Real estate license (if applicable).
