Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and business strategies.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company and expand the business network.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
