Opportunity Overview

The employer is expanding its Dubai team and is seeking motivated Real Estate Consultants.

The opportunity focuses on building a real estate career with strong leads, premium inventory, and uncapped commissions.

Experienced real estate professionals and candidates with strong sales backgrounds are welcomed.

Role Focus

  • Generate business and close real estate transactions in Dubai.
  • Work with buyer and investor requirements from management and internal networks.
  • Use premium leads, quality inventory, property portals, targeted marketing, and internal channels.
  • Build relationships with clients, landlords, and investors.
  • Support sales across off-plan and secondary-market properties.
  • Use CRM and telesales-generated opportunities to manage the sales pipeline.

Support and Opportunity

  • The company provides access to a dedicated 15-agent telesales team for prospecting and lead generation.
  • The role offers uncapped commission with strong earning potential.
  • Support includes CRM, marketing, administrative, visa, medical, and RERA assistance.
  • High-performing consultants may access clear career progression and leadership opportunities.
  • The brokerage is backed by a holding group with wealth management services and qualified investor inquiries.

Who They Want

  • Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Candidates should be able to build relationships, generate business, and close transactions.
  • A strong interest in the Dubai property market is expected.
  • Real estate experience is preferred but is not the only selection factor.
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it is supported.
  • A UAE driving license is preferred.

Location

  • The role is based at Control Tower, Motor City, Dubai.
