Role overview

Forefront Realty is expanding its Abu Dhabi team of Real Estate Consultants across off-plan and secondary markets.

The role suits an experienced real estate professional or salesperson moving into Abu Dhabi property sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Convert leads into qualified buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
  • Build and manage an individual client pipeline.
  • Source business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Negotiate and close property transactions.
  • Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
  • Stay informed about Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and market opportunities.
  • Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year of real estate experience is preferred.
  • Proven sales and client-management experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, ambitious, commercially minded, and target-driven approach.
  • Experience in off-plan or secondary-market real estate is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
  • ADREC certification or licensing is an advantage.
  • A UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Employment type: Full-time.
