Role Description

  • The Real Estate Consultant is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
  • Generate and qualify leads, prepare property listings, advise clients on market trends and pricing, and negotiate offers and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed about local regulations and industry developments.
  • Participate in regular training, contribute to sales targets, and uphold AMLAK ONE’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of local Abu Dhabi market dynamics.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions.
  • Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining ethical practices.
  • Experience in Training or mentoring, with the ability to share best practices and support team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
  • Relevant real estate certification or license, or willingness to obtain one as required by local regulations.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email, digital listing platforms).
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering client centered service.
