- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
- Relevant real estate certification or license, or willingness to obtain one.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM tools and basic office software.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client centered service.

Role Description
- The Real Estate Consultant is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
- Generate and qualify leads, prepare property listings, advise clients on market trends and pricing, and negotiate offers and agreements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed about local regulations and industry developments.
- Participate in regular training, contribute to sales targets, and uphold AMLAK ONE’s standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of local Abu Dhabi market dynamics.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining ethical practices.
- Experience in Training or mentoring, with the ability to share best practices and support team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
- Relevant real estate certification or license, or willingness to obtain one as required by local regulations.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email, digital listing platforms).
