Responsibilities
- Manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and support clients through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process
- Research market trends, prepare and update property documentation, coordinate with owners and prospective tenants or buyers
- Ensure accurate and timely follow up on all inquiries
- Maintain strong client relationships, negotiate terms where appropriate, and collaborate with internal teams to support real estate development and sales objectives
- Represent AMLAK ONE professionally and uphold high service standards in all client interactions
Requirements
- Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, with a solid understanding of local regulations and market dynamics
- Skills in Sales and Real Estate Development, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and support for project growth
- Skills in Customer Service, with the ability to respond promptly, communicate clearly, and build trust with clients
- Relevant experience in residential and/or commercial property transactions in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market is highly beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic office software, and the ability to work effectively in an on site team environment
- A relevant diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field, and fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage) are preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent role located in Abu Dhabi.
- The Real Estate Specialist will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and support clients through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process.
