Connbridge Real Estate is building a small team of boutique Dubai real estate agents.
Previous real estate experience and a large social media following are not required.
The agency is seeking ambitious, coachable, confident people who are willing to work hard.
Role activities
- Prospect for clients and conduct client conversations.
- Attend viewings and client meetings with manager support when needed.
- Develop negotiation and deal strategy skills.
- Build a personal presence and reputation in the market.
- Progress toward selling at a higher level.
What the company offers
- Commission structure can grow with performance, with commissions of up to 70%.
- Direct one-to-one training covers approach, prospecting, client conversations, negotiations, and deal strategy.
- Marketing resources support the individual agent's presence in the market.
- Top performers receive quarterly performance prizes alongside commissions.
Compensation
- Pay is from AED 20,000 per month.
- The role is commission-based, with potential to earn serious income within the first 30 to 60 days for candidates with the right mindset and drive.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Ambition, confidence with people, coachability, and willingness to work hard are required.
- Previous real estate experience is not required.
- A large social media following is not required.
- Experienced consultants are welcome, but candidates entering Dubai real estate for the first time may also be considered.
