Job Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Real Estate Cashier to manage financial transactions, client interactions, and payment processing in a fast paced real estate environment.
- The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in handling cash, digital payments, and documentation while adhering to Dubai's real estate regulations, including RERA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management, including issuing receipts and proof of payments and calculating late payment fees.
- Client Interaction including communications with tenants, buyers, and agents.
- Compliance & Record Keeping.
- Cash Handling & Security.
Qualifications
- Experience: Ideally, 2+ years as a cashier with Sales Force experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate practices (RERA, VAT, Ejari).
