- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Source and secure property listings for sale and lease
- Conduct client consultations to understand property requirements and budgets
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, inspections, and open house events
- Create, manage, and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and CRM systems
- Perform market research and comparative market analysis to advise clients on pricing
- Negotiate sales and leasing agreements
- Coordinate transactions, contracts, lease agreements, and documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or related sales role preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and build long term client relationships
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals such as Bayut and Property Finder
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are advantageous

Job Overview
- Leon Properties seeks motivated, target driven Real Estate Agents and Property Advisors to join our growing team.
- Act as primary intermediary between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation
- Competitive salary plus commission.
- Salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month.
