Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source new property buyers, sellers, and listings through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Client Consultation: Conduct consultations to determine clients' unique property needs, financial criteria, and long term investment goals.
- Property Viewings: Schedule, organize, and conduct property viewings, walkthroughs, and open house events.
- Market Analysis: Perform regular comparative market analysis (CMA) to guide clients on accurate property pricing and market trends.
- Deal Negotiation: Manage the sales and leasing negotiation process to achieve fair, favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Listing Management: Create and update high quality property listings on major real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder) and CRM software.
- Transaction Coordination: Prepare, review, and handle essential paperwork including contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of local property laws, zoning laws, and regulatory board guidelines to ensure 100% legal compliance
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 1.00 per month (commission based)
