Role Overview

  • Indus Real Estate is hiring a commission based Real Estate Broker for Sales, Leasing, and Off Plan divisions.
  • Full time, on site role at Almas Tower, JLT, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market residential, commercial, and off plan properties through approved channels.
  • Conduct property viewings and communicate property features, pricing, and terms.
  • Assist buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords throughout the sales or leasing process.
  • Support negotiations and coordinate transactions from enquiry through completion.
  • Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
  • Provide professional market guidance.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.
  • Conduct timely follow ups and maintain a professional customer experience.
  • Prepare, update, and manage property listings accurately.
  • Maintain organised client, listing, and transaction records.
  • Assist with contracts, agreements, and other required transaction documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, administrative, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of relevant real estate experience in Dubai is preferred.
  • Experience in property sales, leasing, brokerage, or another relevant client facing sales role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
  • A proven sales track record in real estate is a plus.
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain RERA certification is preferred.
