Job Overview

- Full time, on site role at Almas Tower, JLT, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Market residential, commercial, and off plan properties through approved portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct property viewings and communicate property features, pricing, and terms.
- Assist buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords throughout the sales or leasing process.
- Support negotiations and coordinate transactions from enquiry through completion.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Provide professional market guidance based on available information.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.
- Prepare, update, and manage property listings accurately.
- Maintain organized client, listing, and transaction records.
- Assist with contracts, agreements, and other transaction documentation.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Attend property launches, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of relevant real estate experience in Dubai preferred.
- Experience in property sales, leasing, brokerage, or client facing sales role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain preferred.
