Company Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company provided sources
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties across Dubai
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new project launches
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients consistently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

  • European language speakers preferred
  • Full access to CRM systems and property portals
  • Experience in Dubai real estate, including Off Plan and Secondary Market sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and professional
  • Strong skills in Sales and client engagement
  • Exceptional abilities in Negotiation and closing deals
  • Capacity to provide guidance and Training to clients or team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in understanding the Dubai real estate market
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
