- Prepare and present property proposals and manage follow ups
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
- Proven Brokerage experience
- Demonstrated Sales skills
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities
- Relevant real estate certification or license in the UAE
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

Role Description
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers and contracts.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and advise clients on current listings, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure all documentation complies with local regulations.
- Build and maintain a strong client network.
- Prepare and present property proposals, manage follow ups, and support clients from initial inquiry through closing.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, including local Dubai market knowledge and property valuation fundamentals.
- Proven Brokerage experience, with the ability to manage end to end real estate transactions and negotiations.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities.
- Relevant real estate certification or license in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai.
