A leading global law firm in Riyadh is seeking a Real Estate Associate Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE to join its premier real estate practice. The role involves advising sovereign wealth funds, government entities, and developers on complex real estate transactions across the GCC.

Responsibilities
- Advise sovereign wealth funds, government entities, institutional investors, developers, investment funds, family offices and multinational corporates on complex real estate transactions
- Handle real estate acquisitions and disposals, mixed use developments, joint ventures, real estate private equity, and structured finance
- Work on landmark Vision 2030 projects and cross border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC
Requirements
- 3–5 years' post qualification experience gained at a leading international or top tier regional law firm
- Strong experience in commercial real estate, investment transactions, development projects, real estate finance or broader corporate real estate matters
- Saudi Arabian or GCC National qualified lawyers are strongly preferred
- Previous experience advising on Saudi Arabian or GCC real estate matters is essential at a Legal 500 Ranked Law Firm

- Advise across the full spectrum of real estate matters, including: real estate acquisitions and disposals; mixed use, hospitality, residential, industrial and logistics developments; joint ventures and strategic investment structures; real estate private equity and institutional investments; develop
- Work closely with a highly regarded regional team on landmark Vision 2030 projects and cross border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years' post qualification experience gained at a leading international or top tier regional law firm.
- Strong experience in commercial real estate, investment transactions, development projects, real estate finance or broader corporate real estate matters.
- Saudi Arabian or GCC National qualified lawyers are strongly preferred.
- Previous experience advising on Saudi Arabian or GCC real estate matters is essential at a Legal 500 Ranked Law Firm.
