Company Overview
- We operate shared accommodation in Downtown Dubai, with five units in the same building, six minutes walking from Dubai Mall.
- Our properties are tailor made for shared living, with multiple shared spaces and a range of options including partitions, single bed spaces, master rooms, and bunk beds.
Role Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced real estate agent to help us let our different types of accommodation.
- As property owners, we can bring our prices down to the minimum to beat the competition with a much better product.
- We expect strong performance, even in the current season.
- The successful candidate will live in the accommodation provided.
Ideal Candidate
- Speaks fluent English
- Confident dealing with clients, and knows how to close.
- Brings energy, drive, and a results oriented mindset.
- Prior real estate or sales experience is a strong plus.
Job Details
- Location: Downtown Dubai
- Job type: on site and flexible, can be combined with another job
- Package: Commission only for the first month, AED 3,000 basic salary plus commission thereafter, accommodation included
- Training: Provided
