We are a London-based investment company operating across property and a few other areas.
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone wanting hands-on experience, particularly within the property and accommodation industry.
The role is based across a small portfolio of apartments in Downtown Dubai, focused on managing day-to-day operations and supporting the director with general tasks.
A day in the life would involve speaking to tenants, organising maintenance, handling bookings, assisting with admin, and keeping everything running smoothly across the properties.
Ideal Candidate
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Good with people (tenants, contractors, etc.)
- Able to solve problems and take initiative
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Any experience with listing or promoting properties online is a bonus
- No extensive experience needed — just the right mindset
- There is strong potential for growth and increased responsibility for the right person.
- Financial and career growth opportunities are available for individuals who perform well.
- Immediate start available.
Job Details
- Location: Downtown Dubai (Accommodation included)
- Employment Type: Full-time, flexible depending on individual circumstances
- Compensation: AED 5,000 base + commission (performance-based)
- Additional: Car can be discussed
