  • As part of A1 Properties strategic growth, we are expanding our Secondary Market division. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and client focused Property Consultants to join our high performing team.
  • At A1 Properties, you will work alongside results driven professionals handling the resale and leasing of residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company’s advanced CRM system.
  • Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and successful deal closures.
  • Promote and market secondary residential and commercial properties across Dubai’s key freehold areas.
  • Develop in depth knowledge of Dubai’s secondary real estate market, including pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and investment opportunities.
  • Advise clients on investment strategies, leasing opportunities, capital appreciation, and long term asset growth.
  • Source, list, and market resale and commercial properties through major property portals and internal platforms.
  • Conduct property valuations, viewings, and investment consultations professionally and effectively.
  • Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, contracts, and documentation within the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, business owners, corporate clients, and co brokers.
  • Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, property tours, and industry functions.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s secondary residential or commercial real estate market.
  • RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Solid understanding of secondary market transactions, commercial leasing, and DLD regulations.
  • Confidence in conducting property valuations, negotiations, viewings, and investment consultations.
  • Self motivated, organized, target driven, and capable of closing deals independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements.
