- Generate and qualify leads through company provided leads, referrals, networking, and personal prospecting
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable property options
- Negotiate offers and close sales transactions
- Maintain regular follow ups with clients and prospects
- Build and maintain a strong client database using CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred; real estate experience an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
