The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and is full-time.
Compensation
- Compensation is commission-only.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Promote off-plan and secondary-market properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads through networking and marketing activities.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Requirements
- UAE real estate experience or strong sales experience is preferred.
- English plus Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese language ability is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
