- Follow up promptly with company provided marketing leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable off plan properties
- Present project details, payment plans, ROI potential, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual meetings
- Manage the complete sales process, including booking, documentation, and after sales support
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay updated on Dubai's off plan market, developer launches, pricing, and promotions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and repeat clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred (off plan experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and target driven Off Plan Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for converting company generated marketing leads into successful property sales while also building their own client network.
- You will represent leading developers in Dubai and guide clients through the entire buying journey, from initial consultation to booking and post sales support.

Compensation & Work Location
