- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for off plan projects to achieve revenue targets
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a high performing sales team focused on off plan property sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and project launches to inform strategy
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure qualified lead flow and conversion
- Conduct sales training, coaching, and regular performance reviews
- Present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and local real estate regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in the off plan segment with strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market
- Established developer and investor network across the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Must be UAE based with comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics
