About the Role
MSK Real Estate Brokers is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent with at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience to sell off-plan and secondary market properties. The role offers daily qualified leads, high commissions, and marketing support.

Responsibilities
- Handle company generated buyer and investor enquiries
- Sell Off Plan and Secondary Market properties across Dubai
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, ROI, rental yields, and payment plans
- Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions
- Build long term relationships with buyers, investors, and sellers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up activities
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai Real Estate Sales Experience
- Experience in Off Plan, Secondary Market, or both
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good understanding of the Dubai property market
- Fluent English
- Self motivated and target driven
- Comfortable working in a commission based environment

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai Real Estate Sales Experience (Required)
- Experience in Off Plan, Secondary Market, or both
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good understanding of the Dubai property market
- Fluent English
- Self motivated and target driven
- Comfortable working in a commission based environment
Preferred
- UAE Driving Licence
- Existing client or investor network
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or Mandarin
